On December 17, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan organized a job fair in the Garadagh district of Baku. A total of 473 blue- and white-collar vacancies were presented by 22 enterprises for unemployed individuals and job seekers.

Representatives of AzMeCo also took part in the event, offering job referrals for available positions within the company. Additionally, the fair included the registration of individuals facing challenges in finding suitable employment due to the absence of a profession or specialty, as well as those needing to retrain because of a mismatch between their skills and available job opportunities. These individuals were registered for vocational training programs aligned with labor market demands and were also offered opportunities for temporary and paid public work.

The event attracted over 300 job seekers, with 84 individuals receiving employment documentation.
